Return Policy

1. General Guidelines

1.1. Eligibility: Our return policy applies to all purchases made from our store.

1.2. Timeframe: Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

1.3. Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) for all returns.

We charge a 20% admin and restocking fee on items returned in perfect condition, this applies to all stock items including shower seals, tapware, showers, hardware, hinges, shower parts etc.  Some items are not able to be returned – if they were made to order, end of lines, heavily discounted or ordered in for you

2. Returns Due to Product Condition

2.1. Faulty or Defective Items:

  • If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description, customers are entitled to:
    • A refund, or
    • A replacement.
  • For minor faults, we may choose to repair the item.
  • For major faults, customers can opt for a replacement or a refund.
  • We do not palm off customers to the manufacturer; they can return the item to our store for resolution.

2.2. Damaged During Shipping:

  • If an item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.

2.3. Changed Your Mind:

  • Customers do not have the right to return goods simply due to a change of mind.
  • However, we offer a no-questions-asked exchange policy for customers who change their mind within the first 7 days after purchase.
  • Exchanges can be made for another item or a credit note.

3. Fraud Protection

3.1. Verification:

  • We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of returned items.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent returns will be thoroughly investigated.

3.2. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • In cases of suspected fraud, we may delay the refund until verification is complete.

3.3. Exemptions:

  • We do not accept returns for intimate apparel, personal hygiene items, or custom-made products unless they are faulty.

4. Cooling-Off Period (Credit and Door-to-Door Sales)

4.1. Credit Contracts:

  • Customers have 5 working days to cancel a credit contract after purchasing on credit.
  • This applies to finance deals arranged through our store.

4.2. Door-to-Door Sales:

  • Customers have 5 working days to cancel a door-to-door sale for any reason.
  • Full refunds are provided upon cancellation.
