After reading positive reviews on ‘No Cowboys’, we approached Shower Solutions as we wanted to modernise our shower boxes without the expense and upheaval of buying and installing 2 new units. Paul and his team helped us by replacing our existing white shower frames and glass with a polished chrome version with new glass, and installing 2 frameless glass shower doors. As a result our bathrooms now have a much more modern and stylish look. Being a property lawyer, I have dealt with many tradespeople on behalf of clients but never have I found one that is more efficient and impressive than Paul King and his great team from Shower Solutions. I was in a great hurry to get my shower screen door replaced in time for an open home. Contacted Paul for the first time on a Friday and was impressed that he was able to accomodate my urgent request by coming to the house on the same day to provide a quote!

Then upon a decision being made that Friday as to the type of shower glass door we would buy, Paul organised for the installation by Wednesday. From first contact, quote right up to installation within 3 working days. You cannot beat that kind of service! As for the product and installation itself, top class! We had an 80′s style sliding shower door when taken apart, we were greeted with 30 years worth of dirt, grime, mould and silicone glue remnants. With a no-nonsence like approach, Andy the installer methodically set to work and within an hour presented me with what looked like a brand new shower. I can recommend Shower Solutions to do a great job in a timely manner. I was without a shower for 2 months and getting desperate having to go to a friend’s home to have a shower every day. I had tried without success to secure a builder, plumber and electrician and through a contact managed to obtain the services of Grayson Ford who came that very day as promised to look at what needed doing, said if I was anything like him, I’d want the biggest shower that could be fitted into my tiny bathroom, which no one else had suggested and delivered a quote soon after. Within a couple of days a bespoke shower (which has since been much admired) was installed by a couple of very professional, experienced tradespeople. I would really recommend this firm as delivering as promised and doing a wonderful job.

I engaged Shower Solutions off the back of a seeing a friends shower being installed. I was impressed with the speed, professionalism and quality of the product and the job then, as mug as I am now with the bathroom renovation at my house. I have to say I put the guys at Shower Solutions under great time pressure as I had a very small window to get my house on the market. They squeezed me into an already hectic schedule, they were calling me back straight away, sourcing fittings so I didn't have to, providing very competitive prices, starting work ahead of schedule AND doing extras on top, all to help me. Not once did the quality fall and they were always polite and respectful all while under great pressure. I will only use Grayson and the team from now on, no one else compares!
