Top vs Bottom Rollers
Top and bottom rollers are not always interchangeable. The top rollers hang the door from the upper track, while the bottom rollers guide the door along the lower track. They may differ in size, shape, or mounting style. Select the correct position (top or bottom) when ordering.
When to Order Individual vs 4-Pack
If only one roller is visibly damaged and the others are in good condition, an individual replacement is sufficient. If the door is generally stiff or noisy, all rollers are likely worn and the 4-pack is the better value.

Access the roller by lifting the door panel from its tracks. Swap the roller and reseat the door.
