The 38mm Barrel Knob is the bigger sibling of the 25mm Round Knob. The wider barrel profile gives it more presence on the glass and provides a fuller grip, making it a practical middle ground between a minimal pull knob and a full bar handle.
38mm vs 25mm: Choosing the Right Size
The 25mm knob disappears into the glass visually, which is its strength. The 38mm barrel is still compact, but it is large enough to grip comfortably with a full hand. If you find yourself pulling shower doors open with wet hands regularly, the extra diameter of the 38mm model gives you noticeably more purchase. It is also better proportioned on larger glass panels where a 25mm knob can look undersized.
Nine Finish Options
This knob is available in the widest range of finishes of any pull in the Shower Solutions catalogue: Brushed Brass, Matt Black, Brushed Nickel, Chrome Polished, Gun Metal, Satin Brushed, White, Brushed Copper, and Natural Brass. The inclusion of Brushed Copper, Natural Brass, and White makes it particularly useful for bathrooms with less conventional colour palettes.
Simple Mounting
Like the 25mm knob, this mounts through a single 12mm diameter hole in the glass. One hole means less glass fabrication cost and a cleaner look on the panel. All fixings are supplied in the box.
Glass Requirements
Designed for 10mm toughened safety glass. Hole must be drilled before tempering. Suitable for hinged doors, fixed panels, and sliding shower enclosures.
