This installation service covers the professional fitting of frameless shower glass purchased from Shower Solutions. It includes two site visits: the first for precise measurement of your shower space, and the second for fitting the glass, channels, hinges, handles, seals, and any overhead bracing panels.
Two-Visit Process
The first visit establishes exact measurements for your shower opening, accounting for wall angles, floor levels, and any irregularities. The glass is then fabricated to these measurements. The second visit is the installation itself, where all components are fitted, aligned, and sealed.
Why Professional Installation?
Frameless shower glass is heavy (10mm toughened glass is approximately 25kg per square metre) and must be precisely aligned to ensure the door swings correctly, seals are effective, and the enclosure is watertight. Incorrect installation can result in leaks, poor door alignment, or in the worst case, glass failure.
