This frameless alcove shower uses a single glass panel with a hinged door to enclose the open side of a three-wall alcove. The hinged door swings outward (and inward on some configurations), providing a wide, unobstructed entry.
Complete Enclosure Kit
Includes 10mm toughened glass, steel wall and floor channels, two Abode-style hinges, your choice of handles, and an overhead glass panel with clips for bracing. All hardware is available in five coordinated finishes.
Hinged vs Sliding in an Alcove
A hinged door opens wider than a sliding door, providing full-width access to the shower. This is better for accessibility and feels more spacious when the door is open. The trade-off is that the door needs swing clearance in the bathroom. If clearance is tight, consider the sliding alcove option instead.
