The Salute is a straight-profile bottom seal that sits along the lower edge of a frameless shower door. When the door is closed, the seal fin compresses against the shower tray, tile, or floor surface below, creating a barrier that prevents water from escaping under the door.
Salute vs Flick
The Salute creates a straight, downward-facing barrier. The Flick (also in the Shower Solutions range) has an angled fin that deflects water inward. For most standard installations where the door stays closed during showering, the Salute provides a clean, effective seal. The Flick is better suited to situations where the door is opened while the glass is still wet and water run-off needs redirecting.
Maintaining an Effective Bottom Seal
Bottom seals take more wear than side seals because they compress against the floor surface every time the door closes. Inspect the fin regularly for signs of permanent compression, splitting, or hardening. A bottom seal that has lost its flexibility will leave a gap under the door that allows water to pool on the bathroom floor.

Slides onto the bottom edge of 10mm glass. No adhesive needed. Supplied at 700mm. Trim to your door width with scissors or a blade. Available in Clear or Black.
