Toilet Suites

A complete toilet suite is supplied as pan, cistern and seat together, which removes the compatibility guesswork that catches people out when buying components separately.

The main decision is configuration. Close coupled has the cistern sitting directly on the pan and is the conventional arrangement: cheapest, simplest to install, and the easiest to service when something eventually fails. Back to wall pans push flush against the wall or a cabinet, concealing the pipework and the trap while keeping the cistern accessible. Wall hung mounts the pan off the wall entirely with the floor running unbroken underneath, which is the cleanest appearance and the easiest to clean around.

Wall hung requires an in-wall frame carrying the load, set out and fixed into framing before the wall is lined. That makes it a straightforward specification in a new build or a full strip-out and an expensive retrofit into a finished bathroom. If your walls are staying put, back to wall gives you most of the visual benefit for a fraction of the work.

All our suites are dual flush and meet New Zealand water efficiency requirements, with soft close seats included on most models.

Before ordering, check your set-out: the distance from the finished wall to the centre of the waste pipe. This varies and a pan with the wrong set-out will not sit correctly. If you are replacing an existing toilet, measure it before you buy anything.
