Frameless Shower Parts & Hardware

Frameless showers are held together by a small number of components doing a great deal of work. Hinges carry the entire weight of the door. Channels and clips hold fixed panels against wall and floor. Seals keep water inside. When any one of them fails, the shower stops functioning, and because there is no frame to fall back on, the right replacement part matters more than it does on a framed system.

Everything in this range is sized for 8mm and 10mm toughened glass, which covers essentially every frameless installation in New Zealand. Within that, the detail matters. Hinges come in wall to glass and glass to glass versions at 90, 135 and 180 degrees, and the angle you need is determined by how your panels meet each other, not by how you want the door to swing. Channel and clip selection depends on glass thickness and on whether you are fixing into framing or into lining. Seal profiles vary by the gap they need to close, which is why we carry Tetra, Hydra, Locke and Flap rather than a single generic option.

We stock hardware and seal profiles that are difficult to source anywhere else in the country. That is the reason installers come to us when a job needs a part nobody else has, and the reason homeowners with a leaking frameless shower can usually fix it rather than replace it.

Critical point before ordering anything that fixes through the glass, such as handles and door pulls: toughened glass cannot be drilled after manufacture. Any replacement must match the existing hole positions exactly. Measure the hole centres on your panel and check them against the listing.
