Robe Hooks

A robe hook is a small item that gets used every single day, and its absence is noticed far more than its presence. Somewhere to hang a robe, a towel or clothes while you shower is basic, and a bathroom without one ends up with things draped over the vanity or the door.

Single hooks suit most positions. Double hooks give two hanging points in the same footprint, which is useful on the back of a door or in a shared bathroom where two robes need somewhere to go.

Ours are solid brass with a concealed fixing, so there is no visible screw head and nothing for water to sit in. That construction matters in a bathroom. Hollow or plated hooks trap moisture inside and corrode outward from the core, which is why cheaper hooks blister and pit within a couple of years while the outside still looks intact.

Fixing needs thought. A hook with a wet towel or a robe on it carries more load than people expect, and one that gets leaned on will pull out of plasterboard. Find framing where possible, or use a properly rated anchor. Fixing into tile is possible with the right drill bit and anchor, but do it carefully, because a hole in the wrong place in a tile cannot be undone.
