Accessories are what stop a bathroom looking half finished. The vanity, the shower and the tapware do the heavy lifting, but a room with mismatched hooks and a roll holder left over from the previous owner never quite reads as a completed renovation.

The range covers shelves, towel rails, robe hooks, toilet roll holders and basins, all available in the same finishes as our tapware and shower hardware. That consistency is the point. Chrome, matt black, brushed nickel and brushed brass run across the whole catalogue, so a bathroom specified from one range comes together as a scheme rather than an accumulation.

Buy them at the same time as the rest of the fit-out rather than afterwards. Finishes vary subtly between manufacturers and between production runs, and matt black in particular is not a single colour across the industry. Two matt black items bought six months apart from different suppliers will often be visibly different once they are on the wall next to each other.

A few practical notes. Wall mounted items need something solid to fix into, so if you can, plan noggins into the framing before lining. Fixing into tile is possible with the right anchors but it is harder to get right and impossible to move without leaving a mark. Robe hooks and towel rails in particular take real load and will pull out of plasterboard alone.

Freestanding roll holders are worth considering in a rental or where you would rather not drill tile at all.
